Booking Notice¡G

¡¹ Every reservation will be guaranteed only when deposit received.
¡¹ Half of total amount deposit will be required within 3 days (100% deposit for Credit Card, Saturday and public holidays), the balance paid upon arrival.
¡¹ Check in time : after 3:00 p.m.
¡¹ Check out time : before 11:30 a.m.
¡¹ Please keep good condition of room facilities, do not carry out the room items, if damaged or missing, a compensation will be required.
¡¹ Please show us your passport or identity card when check in.
¡¹ Pets are not allowed, thanks for your kind understanding. Pets can stay at Pet Hotel nearby, charge will be TWD 250 one pet per night.
¡¹ Non smoking for the whole building, please smoke outside the hotel.
¡¹ No party, no drug, if violations of the law, we will call the police, please behave.
¡¹ For safty reason, do not use the gas cooker.
¡¹ To ensure the peace of all stay friends, do not make noise.
¡¹ 5F Sunshine Garden opens till 10:00 p.m.
¡¹ Minors will not be allowed to stay; to stay please accompanied with adults.
¡¹ Please take good care of your valuable stuffs or leave them to Hotel Reception, otherwise Mirador Hotel will not be responsible for any compensation.
¡¹ Please do not forget your personal belongings when leaving Mirador Hotel.
¡¹ Please take off your shoes, we have paper slipper which you will feel relax and comfortable.
¡¹ Don't forget to turn off the light and air conditioning when leaving your room.

Cancellation/Postpone Policy¡G
¡¹ Notified 7 days (or above, the 7th day exclusive) before expected check-in date, you may choose to rebook within 365 days or to apply for a refund deducting TWD100 as handling fee.

¡¹ Notified 4 - 7 days before expected check-in date, you may choose to rebook within 6 months or to apply for a refund deducting 30% of the total booking amount as handling fee.

¡¹ Notified 1 - 3 day before expected check-in date, you can only apply for a refund deducting 50% of the total booking amount as handling fee.

¡¹ No show on expected check-in date, no refund or postponement are allowed.

¡¹ Check-in date change will be allowed one time only, the second time change will be regarded as cancellation, a 50% of total booking amount will be charged.

¡¹ Cancellation for Chinese New Year hoildays (Chinese New Year's Eve to the lunar 5th day of January) cannot be accepted if notified within 7 days before expected check-in date, otherwise, no refund or postponement are allowed. Notified 8 - 14 days, you may choose to rebook within 6 months or to apply for a refund deducting 30% of the total booking amount as handling fee.

¡¹ Reduction for numbers of Rooms or Days follows the same policy for Cancellation/Postpone Policy (according to the cancelled amount).

¡¹ In case of any force majeure event (e.g. typhoons or earthquakes) on the expected check-in date, official announcements issued by Kaohsiung government should be followed; you may choose to rebook within 365 days or to apply for a refund deducting TWD100 as handling fee.

6 Steps for Online Booking¡G

¡¹ Step 1¡GSelect room type & quantities

Please select the room type and the quantities first, then go to next step.

¡¹ Step 2¡GConfirm the date of staying

Please choose the available room of the monthly schedule that you'd like to book. (the screen will show the availability of the day). If it shows X means no room available of the day. The system would set the time automatically with the first (24hrs) for you when you select the room. If you'd like to stay over 2 nights , please select the check-out date below, and click "next step".

¡¹ Step 3¡GTerms and Conditions

Before you settle the payment, please read the terms and conditions carefully. Please click "Agree" and the "NEXT STEP" if you accept. Otherwise click "Against" button to cancel it.

¡¹ Step 4¡GCheck your bill

After reading the terms and conditions, system will list all the details of your reservation, you may also extend an extra order. Please click "next step" once confirmed.

¡¹ Step 5¡GSubmit your payment

Upon completed the above 4 steps above, you may prepare to settle the payment. Please enter your credit card details via the SSL transacted system we provide. You will successfully complete the payment when system shows the approval from NCCC (National Credit Card Center).

¡¹ Step 6¡GComplete your booking

Congratulation on your booking request. System will send an E-confirmation to you automatically, please confirm it once received. It's without doubt that you can prepare to start your journey.
